Which team scored the most points in the final minute of the fourth quarter in 2002, and how many points did they score?

Winner gets a six pack of warm Tab soda, a left front quarterpanel of a 1972 Impala, exactly 14 Oreos and the coveted "Participant" ribbon.

Would that happen to be the Arizona Cardinals? I'm just guessing, but I think they scored 50 points in the final minute of their 16 games last year.

By the way, nice avatar. I didn't know you were a fan of former Chargers head coach Bob Ross.

Thanks Ken. Not the Cardinals though.

BTW, wasn't it Lt. Gen. Pochko that said, "Artillery is the God of war"?

Yeah, but he was wrong. Turns out the God of War is Booger from "Revenge of the Nerds." Go figure.

Rats!

Prochko stole it from Stalin for the title to his book. Of course Uncle Joe was going to send him to Siberia for "re-education", but he escaped to the US. He then went on to produce some excellent TV series'. "Hill Street Blues", "LA Law", and "NYPD Blue" come to mind...

I'll say the Atlanta Falcons, with 45 points. They always seemed to be snatching victory from the jaws of defeat at the end of games.

Nope.

Too high on the points, and wrong conference.

Hey, don't fret...I wasn't an artilleryman, nor an infantryman...you know, the Army's King and Queen of battle (and yes, that's what they call it-infantrymen are queens :D ).

I was an ENGINEER! Two of our cadences include...

...King of battle follow me!

and

...Queen of battle follow me!

Engineers, lead the way! Huah!

So.....

how about an answer 11?

My first guess was Jets and 27 points, but now that I think more it would make sense if it were Cleveland.

So, Cleveland and 30?

Winner!!!! Winner!!! Winner!!!!!!

(lights flashing, music blaring, confetti, all that crap)

Congratulations!!!!

I've paid my dues
Time after time
I've done my sentence
But committed no crime
And bad mistakes
I've made a few
I've had my share of sand
Kicked in my face
But I've come through

And we mean to go on and on and on and on

We are the champions - my friends
And we'll keep on fighting
Till the end
We are the champions
We are the champions
No time for losers
'Cause we are the champions of the World

I've taken my bows
And my curtain calls
You brought me fame and fortune
And everything that goes with it
I thank you all
But it's been no bed of roses
No pleasure cruise
I consider it a challenge before
The whole human race
And I ain't gonna lose

And we mean to go on and on and on and on

We are the champions - my friends
And we'll keep on fighting
Till the end
We are the champions
We are the champions
No time for losers
'Cause we are the champions of the World

We are the champions - my friends
And we'll keep on fighting
Till the end
We are the champions
We are the champions
No time for losers
'Cause we are the champions

All Right!!!! Tab.....and Oreos. It's party time.

Can I trade the Tab for a Fresca?

I'll send the participant ribbon to Boston, and he can save it as a memoir of his NFL career.
