Tuna Salad - post your recipe here, please.

Tuna, Mayo, Mustard, Relish, Salt & Pepper, Lemon Juice, Green Olives, Diced onions, and Shredded Cheddar.

Mix it all together and slap on some sourdough with a little bit of tabasco.

And tomato IS necessary. Dang it.

While I agree it's preferred, if I don't have any tomatoes in the house, that won't stop me from having a tuna salad sandwich if I want it.

When I have all of my fixin's

1. mayo
2. mustard
3. horseradish(sometimes I'll substitute a horseradish sauce for the mustard)
4. olive oil
5. diced pickles
6. pepper

water chestnuts give tuna a great crunch, but I never bother to buy them. I'm not trying to impress anyone with my tuna.

Agree on both counts. A hard boilied egg or two or three in a tuna salad is a must. Along with Onions, Celery, and DILL relish. NO fricken way with Sweet Relish that stuff is crapppp! Linderbee you need to lose the Miracle Whip too. Mayonaise in tuna and nothing else!

Oh and Tuna Melts are the bomb Mulli dont give them up!

I'll try the hard boiled eggs...but I draw the line at ditching the Miracle Whip. HELLO??? It's called "MIRACLE"--obviously a gift from God. I don't want to piss the big Man off.
