Tuesday was a good day for the Edmonton Oilers. A franchise that, outside of a recent draft lottery dynasty, hasn't done much winning over the last decade, scored a PR victory with the unveiling of general manager and president of hockey operations Ken Holland. Public relations victories mean nothing in the long run, we all know that. There was dancing in the streets four years ago when Peter Chiarelli and Todd McLellan walked in the door behind Connor McDavid, and we all know how that turned out. The proof will be in what Holland does, not what he says or what's he's done in the past. But if the first step in this process is trying to restore faith in a market that ran out of it a long time
