How many bets were placed for the Spurs for game 5 before the incident? I'm not saying its fixed, but its pretty sad how one league constantly gets blamed for fixing games. Its not isolated. This would NEVER happen in the NFL.

True. And they wonder why their playoff games have been smoked in the ratings by the NFL draft (day 2 even!) when they've gone head-to-head. I don't think any sport has their outcomes questioned more often than the NBA.

The NBA is rotten.
- All these "fixed" games (call it poor officiating if you prefer)
- 1/3 of the teams tanking to get Oden/Durant
- Teenagers, drafted on "potential" playing 20 minutes a game (Seattle).
- Players focused on their own statistics more interested in a ASG selection than in a playoff run.
- Isaiah Thomas as a GM :D

And of course "No Brain" Stu and "No heart" Stern applying stupid rules regardless of the circonstances.

This would happen in the NFL. Maybe not the suspending, but the league's officiating being so bad that it might cost a team a game. In fact, it has cost team's games before in the NFL.

Can't agree with you here.

Look for Nash to be suspended as a result of this post.

Are bets still being taken on this game, or have they been suspended? Isn't it the vegas way to halt betting on a game when an event like this takes place?

Yep, they usually suspend betting when things like this take place.
