Unbelievable lack of respect for season ticket holder

I have been a season ticket holder since 1993, two seats. My seats are located in row 2 around the 50 yard line on the visitor side. My 62 year old wife and her friend went to the 49ers game today and there was a group of drunk, obnoxious fans in row 1 that were insisting on standing the entire time and being rude, blocking everyone's view behind them. (I am fine with standing on big downs and the end of games but for an entire game can be frustrating, not to mention overall drunken boorish behavior from visiting team fans.). My wife called security and a young female security worker came down and asked them to sit down. When they still refused, the " security" person then asked if my wife and her friend would mind just taking another seat elsewhere!!! I could not believe it when my wife told me this, as she wound up just leaving the game at that point with her friend.
After 32 years, I am just about done with the Cardinals. Uninspiring play, raising ticket prices 20%, no concern for game day experience of season ticket holders (unless one is in the club seats) makes it very hard for me to continue supporting them. On top of this, I was informed that we have to be relocated to a different section as our current section will be converted to other seating ( I am sure it will be very expensive VIP seating/suites).
I sent an email to my season ticket account manager, asking him to foward this experience to someone who can actually do something to effect change in regards to security and to foward to Michael Bidwill as well.
Am I overreacting here? Very disgusted with gameday experience, especially for those who have supported the team for more than 3 decades

Not overreacting at all. I would at the very least want an explanation and some satisfaction for today. If you don’t get it I would not renew.

You are not over reacting at all and the elimination of long term season ticket holder seats for a blatant cash grab is so Michael.

Do not waste a dime supporting our poverty owner and his ego.

I am not even exaggerating Michael is hosting a tour for season ticket holders in the club who left in a couple weeks and he is offering (no cap here) free coffee, donuts, and popcorn.

Like he is "splurging" on $200 on Bosa to get people to spend 40k again.

Also, that 40k we spent on season tickets we now use for a 30 person box with all you can eat and drink on the 17th hole at the Phoenix open. Everyone wants those tickets. I couldn't give the Cardinals stuff away.

I know of many season ticket holders over the years that have left for many reasons. The "security" staff has been a reason for many.

But yeah I might have some wrist bands on Super bowl Sunday. Last year all the other execs tapped out by Friday and I was pretty much solo in the box Saturday / Sunday. This time I am offering some reps and inviting the wife and kid

Young women are pretty brazen if you have a box. They just walk in and you gotta chase them out.
