I'd rather have Jameis Winston than Carson Wentz.
Oof. What about Dwayne Haskins?

That statement AND no qualifiers...I feel like I don't even know you.I'd rather have Jameis Winston than Carson Wentz.

Pretty fair deal. Wentz is probably damaged goods at this point but the Colts aren’t drafting high enough for a franchise QB and Stafford was too expensive. Worth a shot.
and even the salary isn't a very high risk. Under 30 mil for a sub 30 1st round QB with some history of success isn't bad. That’s a great deal with little risk other then salary for the colts
It’s a 2nd that turns into a 1st if he plays 75% of the snaps, or 70% of the snaps and the colts make the playoffs. That’s as good as a firstOof. Imagine only getting a 3rd and a condition 2022 pick for for a guy that was touted as an MVP a couple of years ago and before this season started was in many analysts NFL top 10 at QB.
I think the Colts bent the Eagles over and emptied a whole tube of lube.
(I'm guessing the condi pick is stat or playoff related and may pay out as high as even a 2nd, but still cheap as hell)
Compared to what the Rams gave up....this is a great deal for the Colts.
lol nah Watson is worth much much more than that package.I also keep thinking the Rams could have held out a bit and traded that same package for Deshaun Watson....very glad they didn't.
