Vance Joseph - likely head coach (?)

VJ can be had for cheap dollar wise and can pair with Adrian Wilson (half GM) and Harris (half other GM) as Vance away from Cardinals is just a defensive backs coach in the league without any prospects.

This way Bidwill can have two half GMs (two is better than one right? ) and one head coach who is more likely to accept of the great Bidwill culture.

I don't know where you are getting "likely". Sounds like they are saying he should be considered. I think he is a decent coach but if you hire him, it's just more nepotism from this organization that never works out. It's just going to be more of the same with the same culture. We need to clean house and bring in someone who commands respect.

VJ would have to win the job via smart coaching, player motivation, track record of success, teaching skills, biggger Roladex file etc. and be better at these than other head coaching options.

I'm on board from that persepective. My biggest concern with him as HC, is how much control he wants over the defense. I don't want any HC, outside of Payton, calling plays for O or D. I want them to have trusted coordinators to do that, so the HC can just focus on the game prep and execution.

Because guys like Payton have huge egos and they think they can create a legacy by taking on teams like this and turning them around. You give the guy they Keys (GM/HC), you may have a shot.
