I think the Suns can pretty much give up on drafting him next summer. I get the impression that his stock has really risen after the olympic qualifying tournament.

We'll have to see how he does in the regular season of his international league. Scouts and teams have notoriously short memories when looking at players, especially international players.

Possible Suns get Cavs pick this year. I expect Suns to be 20-25th range and wouldn't have a shot with him with own pick but he could be available with Cavs pick. He didn't impress me too much during USA/Brazil game to make high lottery but in the 10-19th range - he does have size but he looked more like John Williams/Brad Daugherty/Vlade Divac type big man than a Kevin Garnett/Jermaine O'Neal type of prospect.
