Are you eating canned or frozen green beans? I love canned but can't stand frozen.

The only frozen kind that is good is from Trader Joes...that stuff is damn near fresh. The corn is great but I love the Soycutash.

Very, very few veggies I don't like:

Peppers
Onions
Okra
Eggplant

That's probably about it.

The amount of flavor that onions and tomatoes add to dishes is amazing. They are such a healthy way to get sugars in your dish.

Nothing pisses me off more than when I'm having a dinner party and somebody doesn't like onions or tomatoes.

By the way I can't think of a single veggie that I don't like. Everything can be prepared at least one way that makes it good.

I like the flavors of onions...not so much peppers...

I love onion rings :) I should have specified that I don't like raw onions. I like eggplant that's breaded & fried. I am yet to have okra that I like, but I will always try it again, if ever presented.

Cooked onions become sweet, while raw onions are bitter. I like both, but people who refuse to even eat cooked onions are the worst.

Glad to know you're not one of those people.

:D Sometimes the texture of them gets to me, but I definitely like the flavor it adds. Feels like I'm crunching a maggot when I bite into a cooked onion. At least, that's what I envision, so it's hard to get past it sometimes. I'm weird, I know.

Corn, Potato, Watermelon.

Just about everything else is no, but I can tolerate most veggies.

Hate mushrooms though.
