I think we will see the Cards pick up a SS before the season starts. I don't think Whiz will want to force Horton to start a player in a position he isn't suited for.

Pisa duesn't fit a 3-4, Pat Williams won't happen because can't rotate at DE inthe 3-4, and Atari would seem like good fit, but ? Is why green bay gave up on him?

I would also look at Chris Hoke (yes I know a former Steeler) for NT depth. Hoke knows the system and could sub in at NT, also is probably cheaper than Pat Williams (who knows if he even wants to play football).

Also, and I am sure it has been discussed already, Tully Banta Cain could be good for a couple sacks, but I wonder if he is an upgrade over Porter or Haggens?
