Not only Lomax and Green but there were some other names mentioned that bring a smile to my face. Does anyone remember what happened to Ernie Jones. He certainly looked like a promising rookie. A couple of really good players jumped that team and left holes in the lineup that were very difficult to replace.

Really shows you what an impact Free Agency has had on the NFL. Every starter in 1988 was drafted by the Cardinals. Guys eventually lost included Tim McDonald, Ken Harvey and Jay Novacek.

A couple of things about the crowd. No fans wearing jerseys and they were so new to NFL football the Cards players had to tell them to be quiet when they were trying to snap the football. Lot of changes in the last 20 years.
