Vikings coach Leslie Frazier is not yet ruling Brett Favre out for the rest of the season. Frazier says it is unlikely the 41-year-old quarterback will play on Sunday at Philadelphia. He says he will not put Favre on season-ending injured reserve after he suffered a concussion in the loss to the Chicago Bears on Monday night.
