I'm not sure where that notion came from but I remember last year Warner was asked who he likes to throw to the most and he said Boldin.

Warner likes throwing the ball to Boldin no doubt and LOVES throwing the ball to Fitz and is aggreeable to throwing the ball to Johnson and is just giddy about throwing the ball to Urban but most of all has a soft spot for throwing the ball at OL from time to time.

Oh yes I forgot and even at times accidently throws to the TEs with mixed results. Most of all he secretly would love to throw rocks at Haley but is too much of a Christian to do it.

im right here. he doesn't like throwing it to Q. just watch every game of the season. he will have Q wide open down the field, but will force it to fitz. this is not a warner knock, i think he gutted it out this year, but im just pointing out facts. we didn't use Q the way i had hoped this year...

Ya think Q never being 100% might have had something to do what that?

I think most QB's like throwing to the open receiver and or the one most likely to catch it and go as far as he can. I seriously doubt personality enters into it.

I have seen some really stupid stuff posted on this board over the years, but the claim that Warner has issues throwing the ball to Q had to rank as the dumbest, most ignorant post I had ever seen...

watch the previous games, we didn't rub it in your face when kurt was forcing it to fitz for picks when Q was wide open. get over it. we're all happy Q and Warner had great games. get off the high horse.

No high horse 'cuse... I just think it's utterly ridiculous to think that any QB would purposely not throw to a wide open receiver because of some of grudge/issue or whatever...
Anyway, Kurt has certainly sufficiently put this topic to rest... thank god!

Warner has a tendency to lock on guys, I have seen it a million times. He'll start the game spreading it around, but once he decides who is having the best game, he'll force the ball to them for the rest of the game.

Who it is has nothing to do with it, I have seen him do it with Fitz, Boldin, BJ, and even Pope. I honestly believe that Kurt's stubbornness contributes to his interception total.

I have never seen anything to prove that he has a problem with one receiver over the other. He'll lock on Fitz one week, and Boldin the next. Both receivers get their touches, just usually not in the same game.

yea llama. 82 its not that he's like oh i dont like throwing to Q, ill pretend i didn't see him. many times this year, he has locked on the fitz, ignoring james open on the swing rout, Q being open, BJ, pope.

I disagree. Pope just sucks in general, but when a big catch is needed, you go to Fitz... However Boldin should be eating up receptions like PACMAN eats dots all game...

My son who attends the games with me has made the same observation that he does not throw to Boldin but forces the ball to Fitz. It may just be a coincidence but with Boldins game against the Falcons and Kurt not forcing the ball to Fitz he had no pics.

EXACTLY seconddeck, we have a winner. no picks, no fumbles, which equals, no forcing to fitz, and no waiting for fitz.
