Has there been anything said in the local AZ media about how Warner's arm is healing? Is he able to grip the ball with his left hand?

Pariah:

In the "Red Zone" segment with Ron Wolfley this am, Whisenhunt said that Warner's arm "will only get better," that Kurt's comfortable playing with the brace, and that the coaches are satisfied that he can play at something like his normal level. No reference made to increased grip with the left hand, though, which makes me think Kurt will continue to hand off with his right hand (scary-looking exchanges on right-side runs, IMO). Whis also pointed out that the Cards are in much better shape "if something else should happen" now that "the Tims" have had more time to learn the offense and practice with the team.

I can't help but chuckle every time they're referenced as "the Tims". They should only count as one roster spot. :)

I hope Tim Ryan isn't doing the game Sunday. I don't want to hear him saying all game how dangerous those hand-offs are. And I really don't want to listen to him the REST of the game if one does go awry.
