EVT has Illinois in over us...disgusting. I'll be watching the BCS selection show and hoping they don't do something stupid like that.

Both CBS Sports and CNN/SI have Illinois in the Rose Bowl as well with ASU in the Holiday.

Why the hell would the Rose Bowl pick Illinois anyway? Don't they have a first choice at getting one of the better teams?

If Ohio State is in the BCS title game, who else would the pick? The are going to obviously take USC. They are NOT going to take another Pac-10 team. They would take Illinois, so they can have the traditional Pac-10-Big 10 matchup.

They do, but they have the first choice of another team from the conference they are losing a team from.

Plenty of possibilities.. Kansas, Hawaii, Georgia..

At the end of the day, this is all about selling tickets, putting asses in the seats. I really doubt there's going to be much trouble with ASU selling tickets to the Fiesta Bowl.
