Looked a couple of their boards all they can do is whine.

Somehow the refs gave us the game, despite the 2nd half bogus call/non calls designed to keep them in the game [inc two non roughing calls]

Nice to see such a group of usually so arrogant fans suffer

No whining here. The Cardinals won, fair and square. The fumble TD was bogus, but if it had been called the right way, (down by contact) IMO, you'd likely still have scored.

Since I was only able to catch bits of the game, what roughing calls are you talking about? Hits on the QB?

I saw Rams clearly get away with hits while we got called for everything.

Like the PI call with the ball way over Holts head. This is fairly SOP for us, the refs usually try to keep our opponents in the game.

This week we fought though it which is the only way to stop it happening

I don't meant to bag on you Spielman, its just I see so many arrogant Rams fans acting like the Rams are still a great team.

Most of those fans are bandwagon anyway but it makes them sound like Cowpukes fans. Net result is I hate the Rams about as bad as I hate the pukes, though it is a tough call to determine which I hate most.

I guess the difference maker is that last year I got hit from behind while lined up getting a burger for a female Cowpukes fan who I had asked to stop screaming in my face.

All I ask is that you realize it's not every Rams fan, or every fan of any team.

Nidan,

The Rams did get screwed on Edge's TD. On all replays when they showed it, the ball was not over the plane when his elbow hit the ground.

I'm not sure how you challenge a play if that was a TD or not or if they were challenging if it was a fumble or not. The replay clearly shows Edge was down before the ball came out, but the ball was not in the end zone when his elbow hit.

95% of the time the Cards get hosed on ref calls, but the refs got it wrong on that one. The Rams were entitled to one more shot on D on that play.

I agree that there were bogus PI calls on the Cards as well. That was probably one of the worst officiated NFL games I have seen.

I think we got the better end of the calls today.

The Rams played us hard, just about beat us.

I am happy to get out of there win an ugly win.

I do not think the ball was over either. I think it should have been the Cards ball on the 1/2 yard line from where I think they score 90% of the time. Certainly no fumble.

I think it's funny they're surprised by Richie Incognito's behavior. This guy (and his father) were certifiable when played high school here, he was certifiable at Nebraska, and he is certifiable in the NFL. Talented player, but dude has major issues even for a pro football player. If he ever thought about it, there should be an enlightening moment when he realizes his aggression scares other NFLers.

My parents and brother were at the game.

Dad grew up in STL a Gridbird fan but hates the Bidwills and stopped rooting when they left STL.

Mom loves the Cards because she has seen her son go through agony all these years! Called me several times during the game...people were throwing popcorn at her! LOL

Brother doesn't care...got great seats for free!

St Louis fans were great there at the game. I have no complaints at all. I had a a laugh with a couple of them on the way out of the game when they were complaining about mistakes, penalties, breaks not going there way, I told them that sounds like a lot of conversations I have had with Cardinal fans after games in the past...they laughed and I added well, at least you guys have a Super Bowl. They were very complimentary about the team's talent and thought well of Whisenhunt.

I haven't seen any Rams fans who were surprised by Richie.

I saw two good quotes about him from other Rams backers:
"Incognito is "Master" from Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. He is THAT stoopid."
and
"The kid ain't got the good common sense God gave to snot."

He's nuts, and anyone who has been paying attention isn't surprised.

I think is mostly the 'recent' fans that are a problem and most of them aren't in SL

I do not think the ball was over either. I think it should have been the Cards ball on the 1/2 yard line from where I think they score 90% of the time. Certainly no fumble.

I went to one of my favorite places to watch games up here in NorCal this weekend, but it's a notorious Rams/Raiders place. Classic bar, though, been around for over 30 years and always shows every game on their many TV's. Best part is, cheap (and good) food and drinks. The owner just replaced his old TV's with 11 40-something inch HDTV's and new HDTV receivers. 8 of the 9 early games were in HD, which rocked.

I rolled in a little late (game tied 3-3) and spotted a friend, sat down. Just happened to be right behind a table of 3 Rams fans, one wearing an old school Dickerson jersey.

As usual, I was polite. I clapped and reacted accordingly when the Cards would make a play, and Dickerson noticed that the enemy was in his midst. He had been quiet and cool up to that point, but started getting vocal and was clearly trying to annoy me. OK, time to turn into a-hole mode.

I made every effort to piss this guy off once he started it. Yapping about their lousy players, how far they had fallen since their "Greatest Show on Turf" era, made endless fun of Gus Frerotte, did the old "slow clap" very loudly on every positive Cards play, etc. It was a joy. I was absolutely incessant, which isn't my style.

Then the Rams boys get a little hope with the late TD. I yell at them, "Larry Fitzgerald's going to recover the onside, no use in trying!". And you know the rest.

I walked out clapping, mocking, just a great time, really. Although I wished the Cards could have beat the Rams more decisively, this was pretty fun.

THIS ONE IS FOR YOU KOC. TIM WE DID IT.
I used to go on the Rams board in 2003 when they would just dominate us and I would get hell from their fans, They have ZERO class, Except there is a few that I actually like that were on here and on the Old Cards board. I havent talkd to them in a couple years though.

Did I forget to mention that I absolutely HATE THE SAINT LOSER LAMBS!!! HA HA HA 3 YEARS IN A ROW WE HAVE DOMINATED YOUR HOME TURF...The Dome is our home away from home.

Nice:rolleyes:

On a more serious note, Great win for the Cards, played hard and stepped up and made the plays.. I have never whine about a bad call because if your team takes care of business then one bad call shouldn't matter. I think that the Cards should be the best of the division and could go far into the playoffs. Good Luck to the Cards and we'll catch up with everbody again.

The fans that actually live in an opposing team's city seem to have a lot more class than the opposing team's fans that live in the Valley and come to the Cardinals games at the Frat House.

With notorious exceptions of course.
