The Cardinals have to play better to win on the road in a tough environment. Three costly turnovers! Defensive play not up to their standards! Total inability to cover tight ends again! Sub-par performance by Carson Palmer! Special teams continuing to go backward! And most of all, a below average offensive line met an above average defensive front and struggled.

The referees did not cost the Cardinals the game. The Cardinals cost the Cardinals the game. You can't play poorly against good teams and hope to win.

While we lost, anyone who is fair minded would say that the Cards are a team moving in the right direction. We probably won't make the playoffs this year, but with a good offseason we SHOULD be MUCH BETTER next year. I'm excited!!

Agreed! Instead of being in a downward spiral, the Cardinals are improving.

They just aren't good enough to play poorly and win against above average teams on the road.

Totally agree with this. Even after the game was over I realized if this was the 2012 team or any previous team for that matter the final score would have been 34-17 not 24-21. Even after playing like crap they were still in it at the end. To me that is a huge improvement over previous Cardinal teams. Down 24-7 previous teams would have collapsed. This team came back to make it a game.

Yes the calls and non calls factored into the game however I liked that BA went for it so deep in Cardinal territory and even figured in if his defense could hold the Eagles to a FG they get the ball back with a chance and some time on the clock to score a winning TD.

My biggest gripe was the holding call on Shaughnessy. How can a holding call be made if the defender is being blocked and even if it is a hold can a hold be called behind the line of scrimmage?

Many are trying to select 1---2---or 3 players to blame and bash , while as a team they seemed to sit around on the sidelines reading their press clippings about how good they are until they were down 24 to 7 . To many opportunities to stop the Eagles O were wasted , and to many opportunities to score on their D were wasted . As a team they dug the hole so deep they couldn't climb out . While all disappointed , if you pick a most disappointing , it would be the group of 5 O-Line .

As a team the Cards read their press clippings? I'm thrilled to have BASK in charge of my team now. I am looking forward to see what they accomplish in the off season now. Do any of you feel comfortable plugging in either BU QB?

There's nothing fair and square about 3 turnovers and being robbed out of a crucial drive. SMH

I think McCarron will be gone in Rd one. Shaw from S.C. is a good looking pro type QB. I could certainly live with him. There are more than usual a number of QBs who do not seem great but could turn out to be good NFL QB's. Will our management even draft a QB? DLT is still a position of great need but they are easier to find than a QB. We should consider trying to pick up one of these guys in FA.
