We Must Be Getting Better

I was at Giants Stadium, when the Cardinals played the Jets and 'Q' got hurt. Also, there when Dan Dierdorf got a career ending (I believe) injury blocking for an extra point. Also, there when Grammatica (Sp?) got injured and Pat Tillman, if I remember correctly, had to kick. Needless to say I'm staying away this week.

The Cardinals have played in that new stadium: a pathetic 7-6 loss to the Jets a couple of years ago that I had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand.

If memory serves me correct, the Cardinals DID earn a rare victory in old Giants Stadium in our last trip there in 2009.

Ah, good catch... i stand corrected! Should've said that the Cardinals have never played the Giants in that stadium.

The Cardinals did have an awful record against both the Jets and Giants in the old Giants stadium:

- 0-2 vs. the Jets, losing 35-56 in the game where Boldin had his face broken, and 7-12 in 1999.

- 7-20 vs. the Giants, including a 10-game losing streak between 1984 and 1993.

Ugh, what dreck! Now off to an 0-1 start in the new stadium, it's time to turn the tide!!

Not so fast. Their TE Donnnell had a great game against the Lions. He was their only offensive weapon.

Exactly right, but since when was it required to be a great TE to torch a Bowles' defense. Bowles does some amazing stuff and our struggle with TE's is a price we seem to have to pay to play his innovative schemes
