We certainly can afford him. I think your reasoning is good, Campos, because if DA is the QB, he can get it down the field and that is Moss' strength. Plus, I think we miss the triple threat that Q added. Count me in...and get this...by losing yesterday we can claim him before Seattle and St. Louis can. Yet, the 49ers have first dibs in the division if they want him...and that would not be a total surprise.

Moss is great, but there isn't anybody DA couldn't overthrow.

Fitz and Breaston are a great 1-2 combo. We don't need to add a malcontent to the mix. What we need to do is find a way to get our running game going.

But can anybody honestly seeing Moss get along with Singletary?

The first time Randy jogged on a route that he wasn't the target on, or faked an injury and limped(he does it constantly), Singletary would bench him for the rest of the game.

I could see Seattle, Moss' agent said they already called, Carroll is willing to take people like that because he's convinced he can get them to play for him. Sometimes he can, sometimes he can't.

One of the comments apparently from Vikings insiders off the record is the coaches decided they didn't want their young stars like Peterson, Rice and Harvin to be around Moss, they thought he was already making a bad influence on them.

I'm rarely on board with a Cards_Campos idea but I do think the Cardinals could benefit from having Randy Moss. We don't have that deep threat guy.

My biggest concern with bringing someone like Moss in would be in Breaston seeing the bench more. Despite missing a few games, Breaston has been the offensive MVP of the team so far this year.

Personally, I'd prefer to see a lot more 2TE sets with only 2WR, or 1TE with a FB, but since Whis insists on having 3-4 WR on the field at a time; then I would like to add the deep threat. Moss would command a CB and over the top help on almost every passing play, and DA missing Moss deep is just an incomplete pass rather than a tipped interception.

Normally I would Agree...But it brings the Cards to the forefront in the NFL....At worst it makes us relevant....2nd..No way Moss acts up again...He knows his leash is short...3rd...Just let him go deep...DA can heave with the best....It opens up the middle of the field..Look at Percy Harvin at Minnesota...4th...We don't want the Seahawks to get him...

Breaston would play the slot...and he would tear it up...Linebackers or slow safeties cover the slot...Reason why Wes Wlker tears it up and Breaston is 2 times faster.

Its just giving Whiz another reason to throw, until we get a QB, that's no bueno. We already miss Fitz going deep wide open all the time, we have a deep threat getting paid big millys. Moss and his disfunctional attitude would wreck us. Brady and rings couldn't even keep him happy.

Uhhhh yeah, I am in the same age group as those three and I have never intentionally ran anyone down with my car (Moss) or unintentially for that matter. I have never thrown an alleged keg party for underage girls (Leinart), and have never been accused of sexual assault let alone 2 in one year (Roethlisberger). I know you're not a big fan of Wiz, but get a grip man. Questionable things are staying out too late partying and the like, not committing felonies and misdemeanors.

I think you guys are missing the point. 1 he would take triple teams off of Fitz...If you just send him on deep routes he will open the middle and running game. He would be worth the decoy for the little money. DA could then throw a bad deep pass and Randy might run it down. Breaston is a stud at Slot...and how can it really hurt now. I agree...and really why I would take him...So the Rams and Seahawks won't. All it takes is a coach and an attitude....Randy Moss is a great receiver even if he tries 80% of the time...I mean he is a deep threat...and you only throw deep 5 times a game....He and I would be happy if he caught 2 of them for 100 yards. But DRC would get eaten alive by Moss....How many team throw deep on us???? And complete 70% of them...yet we throw deep 1 time...INC and we never throw deep again...But we continue to throw 35+ times a game.

The Cards should sign Randy so he can fill us in on the Queens tendencies before Sunday's game. Then we can waive him too. Actually, now that I think of it, good Randy would be a nice bookend to Fitz. They would both be wide open deep and no QB on our roster could hit them.
