I see no reason for fear or to be anything but happy this weekend.
Players aren't even back to work until Monday.
Time to enjoy and celebrate 11 wins and a probable playoff spot. Wait to see how the rest of the football week unfolds.
If Seattle looks like crap on Sunday there will be questions and pressure on them all next week. If they look great then nobody will be picking against them and the Cards love proving people wrong.

Exactly. San Fran may beat Seattle this week & we would have a 2 game lead on them with 2 games left to play.

The kid has to play somewhere between within the game plan for us to win next week. Over the years we've had some terrible QB'S. Along with horrid teams behind them. We have here a great defense, improving offensive line and a special team that has looked better,

Lindley is no Tom Tupac and Tom won his first four games. He was our punter. Lindley will play better with nicer surroundings. If we win, no when we neat the team from Seattle at our place everyone will yell to the football gods thank you home Playoff games and a bye. Get ready for Stanton and the boys.

Lindley can do his job well, just need to stay relaxed and poised, has to target a seahawks defensive Player and throw him the ball ,then he has some chances to make a td pass

It should be interesting to see if BA puts in a package for Logan Thomas---given 10 days to prepare, if Lindley is underwhelming, why not?

Hope for sale!

Cheap!

It cost nothing. I am through with the doomsday prognostications. I know one thing....Arians will have a game plan that will give Lindley a chance to succeed. Lindley will be better prepared for an NFL game than he has ever been in his short NFL career.

The offensive strategy should be to put all of our Wide Receivers in Seattle uniforms so Lindley will get them the ball.

For sure. Quarterback by commitee

What's interesting si that versus the Seahawks a few weeks ago, BA had Stanton run a read option (which backfired for a 3 yard loss). However, BA must have seen something in their defense that made him think the play would work. Wonder if BA has that play in mind with regard to a Logan Thomas package. Presenting Thomas as a running threat could pose a challenge for that defense.

Don't care who is in there anymore. The team will rally around who ever it is.

I know people will say it is crazy but we may actually see Thomas out there next week. I would not put it past Arians to work up a game plan for him and throw Seattle a curve ball.

I have to agree with your first sentence. Does it really matter anymore who is behind center. This team is well aware of what they need to do in order to compete. It'll never be pretty, but they will continue to fight & claw. When it's all said & done, we probably won't go deep in the playoffs. But this season will always go down as one of, or even, the greatest in Cardinal history.

sorry guys i trust the coach too ,and he is fantastic but how can u think he is able with his scheme to make lindley looks good or an average nfl qb.
lindley is a good dude but as a qb is terrible, did u watch some of his throws against the rams.
the lack of accuracy is impressive ,his high throws especially could be scary for our receivers costing them an injury,he can find a receiver just if he is wide open, arians is great and moore too but they are not magicians

Lindley and any QB not named Warner coached by Whisenhunt is a failure.

LIndley with BA and Tom Moore? Bring it.

Lindley made a few nice throws and a few stupid throws. Ice cold off the bench having had NO snaps in practice with the offense... His only time on the practice field was with the scout team!
I have enough faith in BA and Tom Moore that they will devise a set of plays where Lindley can comfortably execute and be successful.
But just like Stanton, Lindley will need serious help from the run game and our defense. If we can effectively run the ball (I like those odds), and if our defense plays lights out yet again (we're at home and I like those odds as well), Lindley has a shot of being successful.
But if we can't run and/or our defense finally craters at home - it will get ugly.
BA knows this and I'm 100% certain we will see a nice dose of Kerwyn and Kulabafi!
On defense, we'll need to contain Lynch and Wilson... If we can, I really like our chances!!

Bally’s Sports needs to go away
If Arians pulls off the division with Lindley (Or Thomas) at QB before Stanton comes back, forget coach of the year, just go for the Hall of Fame now. Next man up has been an incredible mantra, and this season has been unbelievable watching guys step up. If he can coach up Ryan Lindley the same way he has some of these others, well, damn.

I'm not jumping off his bandwagon, that's for damn sure. #Believe.

We have one chance vs Seattle. Don't run any offensive plays. Simply punt on 1st down every time we get the ball. Try to keep them deep in their territory and wait for our D to take the ball away and score, or take the ball away close enough to try a FG on 1st down. If we don't run any offensive plays, we can't really beat ourselves, give them great field position due to a turnover, or have a pick 6.

We can do this. Our D is our only salvation.

And in the 2nd half our defense willl be so tired allowing them to destroy us
