Larry Fitzgerald aging gracefully. I never understood the doubt.

Happy to be wrong about David Johnson, he is the real deal, looks like the game is slowing down for him and he is just running with serious speed and confidence.

Mathieu is a very very good football player, he made a few "quiet" plays to stop big plays from being HUGE plays.

2-0

Go Packers.

Yes we did.

Fitz was huge today and played like a grown azz man.

DJ again is a TD machine

Shot ourselves in the foot before the half, but came back and made it work

Good win!

All wins are good wins.

Love being 2-0, but I'm still concerned about our D. Bucs made Brees look very pedestrian today with CONSTANT pressure. Even in our house, Brees made our D look vulnerable most of the day.

My takeaway is that we have beaten two bad teams. That doesn't mean that we aren't a good team, but it doesn't mean we are either. I will say that our offense is ahead of our defense for the first time since Warner left.

DJ is the man! We are so strong at RB this year with both Johnson's and Ellington. The offense will be the identity of the team this year. It almost feels like Kurt Warner is back there playing QB again. The team is fun to watch and we know we can score on anybody.

Also the Cardinals are looking like they can have a potent running game if everything gels. They have some talented running backs.

True, but you gotta win those games and we have - convincingly, I'd say. The Rams and Niners already looked horrible today after good first weeks. Go Pack!

I'm hoping that we're going through a transition, similar to Horton's first 5 games with us.

The D needs to get started in the very beginning of the game, not mid. Cutler was 8 and 8 and Cards D never stopped the QB or RB for a loss. They were getting rolled over on. It seems they get better but still, with better teams out there, they can't sit on their hands in the start of the game.

Iupati coming back should help alot as well.

I was going to post this, Larsen is playing well but man oh man could Iupati make the running game greatly better.

And the Titans got smoked by the Browns after torching the Bucs in week 1. The NFL is crazy that way so I'm not gonna read too much into how the Saints stank this week etc.

I'm hoping that we're going through a transition, similar to Horton's first 5 games with us.

The talk all offseason has been how Bettcher will not be changing the D, he keeps calling it the Cards D and not the Bowles or Bettcher D. I think the yips and huge chunk plays we are seeing are more Bettcher learning how to scheme and call a game. I hope you are right that he has it down after 5 games.

Agreed and our LB group just isn't good. This game could have been tight if Cutler doesn't get hurt.

last year, cards gave up 500+ yards of offense 4 different times. their highest point output for the whole year was 31. the most yards of offense gained was 400. remember game 1 vs san diego and 2 vs ny giants?

it seems like cards of this year are off to quite the start. in fact perhaps the most impressive first 2 games in the history of the franchise in AZ...
