I don't like having any of the old coaches left over because of familiarity and bad habits from the last staff

Especially someone who will be working with KM all the time when we are questioning his work ethic

Yeah, I have to say I agree. Especially bringing back anyone involved with the offense, especially as a passing game coordinator. Not a good idea.

Second, read up on Whipple...He fits Gannon's coaching staff requirements to a T...Young (33), started coaching in college very young...spent time coaching multiple positions in college and now in NFL

So, yes, when it comes to holdovers, like Spencer Whipple, I trust Gannon's word and judgement, that he only kept guys that were on board with his plan.

Regarding the strength coaches and staff, those guys on their 3rd staff and have been highly regarded in the last, within the NFL. It's a no brainer to keep them.

No. Every single staffer being retailed is low level. Whipple has been demoted from pass game coordinator to pass game specialist. Not sure how that could be saving money. The low level assistants won't be on contracts more than a rolling year.

At any rate, I'm hoping this doesn't become an issue, and thinking it won't be, but I sure would have liked the peace of mind knowing it cannot in any way, shape, or form, possibly be an issue because they simply cleaned the offensive staff out.
