At this point I want 2 things this week:

1) Don't let Rosen get hurt
2) Show some offensive improvement with the Rosen/Leftwich partnership

I don't care anymore about winning because this is obviously a season lost.

I think this right here points toward part of the problems with the team. When you are running basic drills this far into the season at this level of play then you have problems. Maybe I 'm wrong on this but I would like to imagine that at this point into the season most of your practice is focused on prepping for what you will face on Sunday, not drills. Having coached soccer for the past 20+ years I am not running basic ball skills at this point and instead I am focusing on refining our offense and defense and working on improvement of our ball movement and situational soccer.
