Russ called this out also in the game thread. I think this indicates how his ceiling is fairly low. You want a young RB to come out with some plus physical traits and then refine his game (patience, pass-blocking, reading blocking) as he gets more snaps.

Demercado doesn't seem to have any exceptional physical skills, but his ability to pick up what's blocked consistently and play special teams will keep him on the roster.

He just doesn't have much upside.

Exactly he's never going to be a star but he's a good solid player.

He doesn't have that pop like Achane or Gibbs but he's a good solid player.

I'm a little surprised at what a zero Zach Pascal has been. Maybe they didn't expect Wilson to be this ready to contribute early, but my guy cannot get on the field.

This defensive line is just really, really, remarkably bad.

Yep if there's a guy in the NFL that I would consider throwing a high draft pick and some other capital to get it would be Maxx Crosby. I know it's a pipe dream he just signed a huge new deal and there's no way the Raiders would trade him but that's a 26 year old guy in his prime who plays his butt off and has to be wishing he was somewhere else right now.

I wanted Anderson, I'm fine with Paris he's better than I expected, but we gotta get 2 impact guys in the next draft and if we had to trade the lower of the 2 picks to get a guy like Crosby I would be thrilled to see us do it. not saying you can get him at all let alone for say the 10th overall pick just pipe dreaming out loud

The only issue is he'd need to be a post June 1st trade to not kill the Raiders with dead money and his base is $19 million next year and $21 million the next 2 years after. He's worth it, just not sure the Cardinals want to invest that much this early in a rebuild.

Yup. Trey is the real deal.
That one huge drop yesterday
, big mistake and Trey knew it right away. He is the big strong TE and no DB should ever be able to knock the ball out of his hands. That drop cost us the game as much as anything...but you could tell it motivated him to play stronger... a bit later he dragged half the secondary into the end zone.
I'm pretty certain McBride is our Kittle, Kelce,Gronk, Novacek, Bavarro, etc for the next ten years.
Good combination of finesse and toughness
Um...yeah, he still has a lot to prove. He's at least moved from being a nonentity to inconsistency.

I'd be absolutely shocked if they would even take a phone call on him. They just signed him not that long ago and he's the literal face of the organization now that Carr is gone. He is the guy.

I'm just saying if there's one guy in the NFL I'd be willing to trade one of our top picks for, and it would take more than that, it's him. not saying he's the best player in the NFL, he's not, but he's the absolute perfect fit for what we need. You look at how many sacks we have now with basically nobody and ask yourself with a guy like that how many more?

Our biggest needs on D are actually interior DL and CB IMO. It's why Allen from Washington is intriguing but they just announced they are not even taking calls on him let alone trying to move him.
