hey so anyway, Pugh has a life coach, I feel like he came out about emotional stuff his first year too. Seems like warning signs are out there. Glad he finds help when he is struggling.

My ex wife is a "life coach". She got her credentials off the internet. She is diagnosed flaming bipolar 2. She's as qualified to coach another person's life as a billy goat. Seems to me if you can't get your own life in order you sure as heck don't need to be coaching somebody else. BUYER BEWARE

I’m sorry but as bad as I want to like Pugh because he’s Syracuse alum and, from all accounts, a genuinely good guy, I just can’t stand him lol. I know I’ll get flamed relentlessly on this board for saying it but it is what it is. How do we expect to be a physically imposing team when we have an absolute Nancy like him playing what’s supposed to be a position manned by one of your toughest players? Literally the most outwardly soft, sensitive OL I’ve noticed since Jonathan Martin, and he was batshi.....

Yep, the most manly thing to do in life is to ask for help when you need it.

Someday people will learn asking for help when you need it is a sign of strength, not of weakness.

That's a pretty cool story. Sounds like he really benefited from recognizing a problem and working to correct it. I've always been if the belief a man has to pull himself up by his boots straps and be tough. Times have changed and I now realize that everyone can use a helping hand every now and then.
