and hearing the coach speak about him. But here we are debating a player that is out for the year now. The dregs of the offseason.Based on MadCards camp reports?

Of course is there a better source? I think notBased on MadCards camp reports?
All of these guys are placeholders ATM. The next contending team won't have any of these backs.Isn't this why we have Corey Clement? Is there no back with a future on the roster in two years currently in the RB room?
LOL top 15 money for historical low paying position.I mean, we're stuck with Conner and we're paying him Top 15 money. He doesn't have a future with the team. I don't mind giving him 400 touches and letting fate decide what happens to him in 2024.
All I said was he was lighting up the 3rd string and wouldn't stay there long.Based on MadCards camp reports?
I was in the car and didn't want to dive into over the cap. He has the sixth-highest cap number among RBs in 2023 and the sixth highest cap number on the 2023 Arizona Cardinals active roster.LOL top 15 money for historical low paying position.
I think WR will be our strongest position group, as sad as it might seem. It’s bad for Mack as his career is probably over.
However, it’s kind of funny/sad that his injury is seen as a blow to the Cardinals. He’s been here 2-3 days.
Have the Cards ever had a less talented WR/RB skill group than what this team is putting out there?
He didn’t stay there long! All I said was he was lighting up the 3rd string and wouldn't stay there long.
However if you look at the play where he got injured, he was running with the first team:
Welcome Marlon Mack
What is decent and average to you? A back that will get me roughly 4-5 yards per carry in lesser quantities is a decent or average back. Neither of those guys are William Powell or some of the other absolute dreck that the Cardinals have had in the past. Isn't this why we have Corey Clement...www.arizonasportsfans.com
Ok...the Cardinals don't have many high paid players. That's a consequence of poor cap management.I was in the car and didn't want to dive into over the cap. He has the sixth-highest cap number among RBs in 2023 and the sixth highest cap number on the 2023 Arizona Cardinals active roster.
Jordan Phillips dead cap number isn't far off what Conner is making.I was in the car and didn't want to dive into over the cap. He has the sixth-highest cap number among RBs in 2023 and the sixth highest cap number on the 2023 Arizona Cardinals active roster.
Agreed. Run him until the tires fall off.I mean, we're stuck with Conner and we're paying him Top 15 money. He doesn't have a future with the team. I don't mind giving him 400 touches and letting fate decide what happens to him in 2024.
Agreed that we cut him after this year. He should in no way be part of the rebuild from then on.I don't mind giving him that many touches too. I still contend we cut him after this coming year unless we has another breakout year.
I think we draft a RB in the 3/4 round next year and either he becomes our guy, or we do another 1 year deal on an RB.
Wait, you post to this site while in your car???I was in the car and didn't want to dive into over the cap. He has the sixth-highest cap number among RBs in 2023 and the sixth highest cap number on the 2023 Arizona Cardinals active roster.
I was in the parking lot waiting for my daughterWait, you post to this site while in your car???
Were you pulled in straight forward? Or did you go park-to-fakie, autozone style?I was in the parking lot waiting for my daughter
Rear lot, backed-in, next to a poorly parked lifted F-150. Had to warn the girl not to bang the door when opening. Were you pulled in straight forward? Or did you go park-to-fakie, autozone style?
Roger that. I’ll make some calls and assemble the team.Rear lot, backed-in, next to a poorly parked lifted F-150. Had to warn the girl not to bang the door when opening.
She put her backpack in the trunk.
Or a consequence of not signing quality NFL FAs?Ok...the Cardinals don't have many high paid players. That's a consequence of poor cap management.
Nahhhh cards just go for the talented usfl players.... on 1 yr deals who cant even make to preseason.... ouchers lolOr a consequence of not signing quality NFL FAs?
Or simply trying to clear as much dead money this year and quit mortgaging the future cap space?Or a consequence of not signing quality NFL FAs?
Which doesn't have anything to do with the ability to sign new FAs. Especially when we have and will have so much space.Or simply trying to clear as much dead money this year and quit mortgaging the future cap space?
