If Steve Nash is in the game within the last 90 seconds of any quarter, there is no reason to take him out for Goran Dragic. Otherwise, we're simply giving up points. Dragic and Barbosa have many qualities as a tandem, but controling the tempo and the clock is not one of them. Too often, Nash will play almost the entire quarter, but in the last minute of thr first and third quarters, to get him a little extra rest, Gentry will take him out. As a result, we don't finish quarters as well as we should.

P.S. I can jump higher than Amare Stoudemire.

I have also noticed Stat seems to be lacking elevation and explosiveness in his leaping ability.

I noticed that, too, especially on jump balls. For a few games in a row, he didn't even go up.

Then, for a few, he jumped like a Guard vs. a Center. Trying to get a tip on the way up (for which he got whistled),

With Frye an inch taller and four pounds lighter, and officially our starting Center, why isn't he jumping center?

Now that I think of it, the NBA allowed Amare to be listed as Center on the All Star ballot. That's good, because he stands a much better chance of being chosen than at Power Forward.

Does that mean that Amare will no longer jump center after the All Star balloting closes? We shall see.

38 inch vert to a...
34 inch vert?

what's the difference?
Besides... I thought you all agreed that he has or should be focusing more on his maturity and not his athletic ability?
