I can see this happening with Smith or any number of others, even Manning for a year or two. It wouldn't shock me if Rudolph eventually turns out better than any of this year's prospects at qb.

1. Kirk Cousins
2. Alex Smith
3. Sam Bradford
4. Case (am I really recommending this?) Keenum

The season is doomed if it's anybody else.

I had no faith in Cousins until the last two seasons. He's played each game with his career on the line for a terrible organization that bungled his whole situation and never put a team around him. He's really developed the past two years into a top 10 QB, and that's with very little support. Imagine what he can do with an owner that actually care and knows how to win.

Last thought on the above...unless we seal the deal on one of those top 2, we need to trade up into the top 10 and secure Mayfield or Jackson as well.
