As someone who has gone to the show for years, I vehemently disagree. These guys are doing this show on their own time, and it's something they do for the fans. Definitely not the proper forum to express unhappiness with the team.

Jersey, These guys don't do anything for us fans. They do it because somebody told them they had to or a PR/Agent told them it would be a good idea.

All they care about is each other and the money they make.

As Jake Plummer put it so eloquently "I could give a Rats Azz about the fans."

I would say that's true of some players, but not all. Like I said, I've been there. I've seen the players (again, not all) stay there and sign autographs for an hour after the show when, truth be told, they really don't have to. (Ask Larry about that one.)

The PR guys don't book the shows, BTW. It's done internally with either A Dub or Jim O asking the players to participate. (Correct me if I'm wrong, Jim.)

I just think it's the wrong forum to express displeasure. Going to the practice facility might be a better choice.

We can put all of our hopes back on the shelves. Walk around even prouder when rocking the Cardinal gear we shelled out so much deniro for. Go back to bragging about what it takes to be a Cards fan, and how we always will be, regardless of crap we get for it.

We can talk about the 2 glory years when we have a nice beer buzz going. We can think of the banners we have hanging up in our new casa any time we think it can't be done. And we can bitch and moan. Its going to get worse before it gets better, so we can count on that. :)

Nice Post!!!

I've played in a lot of alumni tournaments. The former players can't even remember the games. But they do remember their teammates and they have told me many times that the only reason they go to deals like BRR is for PR or under orders and sign autographs for a long time because they know if they slight just one person that person will bash them for years which can easily tarnish their reputation.

That's cool. Like I said, I am sure that is true of some players, but not all. We will agree to disagree.

What can we as fans do?

We are all frustrated and have our own ideas of what needs to change, but what can we actually accomplish as fans?

Stop buying tickets and gear. With the Bidwills money is what really talks.

These are not the same old Cardinals. FO is spending money and we have some good talent. The mistakes are what make me want to climb the wall. But, I personally, would not degrade the players with a chant. We're just going to have to wait. Need a quality QB, upgrades on the O-Line, an extra CB (with speed), a talented OC and probably a new DC. Looks like FA and the Draft are going to be big topics for us in the off season. Nevertheless, I'm still a Go Cards fan.

Sounds like the same old Cardinals to me.

I think a QB that was at least average, and a couple of LB's that could either rush the QB or defend the middle of the field against the pass would make both our record and coordinators look just fine.

DA needs to work on fundamentals - not game planning. He can have a long career as a decent backup for an organization willing to invest heavily into his mechanics.

This season is over.... I think we finish 4-12.

Go Cards!!!

Sad that at the end of this season CKW will join almost all of the other Cardinal Head Coaches with a losing regular season record.

I hope the players are proud of that.

Stick with this team through the good and bad times.

We've already done that for between 1-70 years depending on the poster.

That hasn't worked. Maybe we should not stick with them and see if that helps.

Stop putting money in Bidwill's pocket. He will get his revenue sharing but he should be getting nothing else from the fans.

Tried that from 1960-2005. Didn't work.

Drove him from STL. STL knew a new NFL stadium was needed because Busch was too small. NFL even said that. STL was not enthused enough to do it for Bidwill. Just like AZ took forever to build an NFL stadium. Starve the beast and the will be changes. Worst case he moves the team and AZ will someday get a real NFL franchise.

They already have changed while he is alive.

Oh I forgot that they are now one of the best teams in the NFL and that they spent top dollar and pursued the best option to give this team a QB.

You are satisfied with how the organization is ran? You are satisfied with 3 winning seasons since move from STL? That is the coaches fault?

Yes and no.

Fundamentally, it's really still the same.
I get what your saying but we did change. I don't see us completely back in the suckhouse yet as far as a team.

Lots of questions will be answered by the end of the next season. I hope Whiz gets back on track and puts a squad on the field we can appreciate.

waaaa waaaa waaaa, your sarcastic evaluation of the team only shows your frustration. We just lost Warner, most everybody in this forum picked the chiefs to win, why are you all upset? This season is going to get worse. You should go to Costco, they sell tissues in bulk.

You can bitch about what ever you like, this team is hurting right now. But waiting and hoping for Bidwill to die just shows your ass. This team has some major issues, this season will probably be one of our worst. I don't expect a miracle, I just expect the team to work on things the rest of the way and to make some big moves in the off-season.
