What do you do to calm down after a bad loss?

My shift at work starts about an hour after the Cards home games end. It's amazing the difference that a win can make in how I approach my work day. My employees know when they lose I'm going to be at best a sullen jerk that night.

Fifteen minutes of profanity followed by movie watching...oh, and avoiding ESPN/ESPNews like the plague!

Normally I can do the "moral victory" thing and get through a loss, but yesterday's (lack of) effort ticked me so much that it took the luster right off of clinching a playoff spot.

I put on the DVD I have of the Texas v USC Rose Bowl.

After watching Vince Young run into the endzone with the game winner 4 or 5 times I feel great.

Sometimes I watch my old VCR of Aeneas Williams in the Car*s locker room after the San Diego game in '98. If that won't fix things for a Car*s fan nothing will.

I post on here but I had my waterloo on this team Thanksgiving, so I don't get too this or that about them, they are what they are.

Yea, brought us back to reality. I really did not want this to be the same old Cards. Lowering my expectations for the rest of this season might ease the pain.

Will not watch any more football till next Sunday and definately not watch any ESPN.

Some booty and a few beverages are the ONLY thing that take my mind off of crap like we witnessed yesterday.
