He's a victim of BA. Yes he had some issues but he was drafted for the wrong D. Finally he gets to play to his strengths. Will definitely see what he's made of this year
I hope you're right. He's a victim of BA. Yes he had some issues but he was drafted for the wrong D. Finally he gets to play to his strengths. Will definitely see what he's made of this year

Ability wasn’t what made Dockett great though. He had insane drive, work ethic and pride in his craft.I think this is his make or break year. He has Darnell Dockett ability if he ever puts it all together. He really needs to stay healthy and have a big year.

Kinda what Wilks said also, football is played in pads. A great athlete forsure let's see if he can put things together when the hitting startsI'll believe it when I see it.

Cardinals’ Robert Nkemdiche looking forward to being himself
TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona Cardinals former first-round pick Robert Nkemdiche isn’t convinced he needed a fresh start with a new coaching staff.
“I got the fresh start I needed just going forward with a new year in general,” the third-year Cardinals defensive lineman said Thursday, “and another year under my belt as a player in the NFL.”
All the same, Nkemdiche likes what new coach Steve Wilks is preaching, on the field and off it. On the field, Wilks’ shift to a 4-3 alignment will allow Nkemdiche to play his natural position as a three-technique tackle. Off the field, Wilks (for now, anyway) is taking a liberal approach to Nkemdiche’s off-beat personality and myriad non-football interests.
Arizona Cardinals hope 'letting Robert be Robert' further motivates a hungry Nkemdiche
As swelteringly hot as it’s been on the practice fields this week during the Cardinals’ outdoor workouts, the temperature is soaring even higher on the team’s mercurial defensive tackle, Robert Nkemdiche.
In what likely will be a make-or-break season for the third-year pro and former first-round pick, Nkemdiche knows it’s time to start running through walls, destroying opposing quarterbacks, and shattering his reputation as a possible draft bust.
It’s either that, or continuing on his happy trail of life as a part-time musician, deep-thinking philosopher, inherent lover of animals, and a compatriot to a fair share of Hollywood stars. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but the Cardinals want football to come first.

Steve Wilks Accepts Quirky Robert Nkemdiche
Robert Nkemdiche stood at his locker on Thursday afternoon with a nose ring looped from one nostril to the other and decorative clamps securing braids on his head.
He had on a white shirt which at first seemed normal, but upon closer examination was being worn inside-out and was actually the property of teammate Corey Peters. As a routine question-and-answer session with reporters winded down, Nkemdiche brought it some life, expressing admiration for a colorful button-up shirt worn by a media member.
“I have some shirts like that,” Nkemdiche said. “Thrift stores, I’m telling you.”
