I dont think it would be good to take the ball out of Dragic's hands by pairing him with Telfair constantly. In spurts its fine but not starting together.

Yup, replacing Dudley with Shannon Brown in the starting lineup is a no-brainer.

I don't think, though, that he should go so far as a 2-Point Guard starting lineup, even if he moves Dragic to the "2" alongside Telfair in spurts later in the game.

The question is, did he "grow the brain" to replace Beasley with P.J. Tucker at Small Forward in the starting lineup?

Not only would those two moves give the team a better start and better balance, but it would show that the players who perform at their best consistently are the ones who will be rewarded. That's motivation!
Problem then would be that our bench would have all out bad players.

And what if Tucker is like Dudley? Remember, Dudley was just like Tucker when he came off the bench. And then Dudley got starting gig and now sucks.

What if the same happens to Tucker? Some guys are just designated for a bench role.

You don't really consider a "what if" as a reason to not try, do you? At this point, Dudley has stopped producing whereas Tucker is earning the right to an opportunity.

Unlike some bench players, I don't think it is in Tucker's DNA to change his style of play whether it be coming off the bench or starting. He has learned he has to outwork opposing players especially on defense. That's the only reason he is in the NBA. I mean this as a compliment. His defense becomes contagious for other Suns players when he is on the court.
