He does make the backwards shot before every game, and it usually takes less than 5 tries. The fact that he made both of those shots back to back were amazing.

I heard she absolutely took him to cleaners in child support and cash because infidelity was proven and their lifestyle after his playing career ended did not match their income at all. The pool endorsement and TV gig also pay very marginally for his post-divorce lifestyle so he's basically become a middle-class guy living off his former fame. Someone I know with knowledge of the situation said it best - take Thunder Nine out of Phoenix and put him in LA and he's just a tall guy living in Reseda.

Nah, the shot where he finger rolled the ball from further than half court is more impressive IMO.

I think Leander has improved, but that is not saying much. He still drives me crazy a lot!

He's much better than Gary Bender IMO. Overall, I think we're fortunate to have the TV / Radio talent that we have. I hear a lot of complaints from friends in other cities about their local teams' media.

He used to make a shot from from mid court over his back before every game.

next time youre walking by majerles after a game take a peek in the alley and tell me if that nice car you see is something thats driven by someone thats hurting for money....well, i guess it depends on which one you see but either of the 3 will do his wallet justice.
