On Defense:

Peterson is elite. Already
Washington is All-Pro. 14 tackles... wow
Schofield isn't losing the start to Groves anytime soon. 7 tackles, 2 for loss*, 2 sacks*, 2 QB hits* (* best on team)
Rhodes, if injured, will be DEARLY missed

On Offense:

Skelton, in his 1st game active, didn't lose the start due to injury. He lost it due to sucking. I'll support him, but he is NOT our best QB. That was made clear
Powell is our best RB. Clearly
Miller is incompetent. It took nearly 20 minutes and Kolb getting banged up to think "hey, maybe we should get him more protection and put him in the gun". All AFTER 2 games of the same ****
the line is outright sad. Sendlein and Colledge are the only 2 that should be starting. Massie should develop, but probably not with Grimm sadly

Special Teams:

Feely is the man
LSH needs to stay on ST, not offense. He's great on ST, too small for this offense. If we had blocking, we could create some plays for him

what are everybody else's observations?

Schofield is a player. Could be leading team in sacks now?

I think he's tied with DWash after today. And I think he's #2 in tackles now, behind Wash

I agree with everything you said, but PP has been getting burned alot lately, or is giving the receivers to much space. He needs to be tighter on them.

Agree. Peterson is FAR from elite. There's a reason he gets picked on every week. Last year I think that he was the most, or close to the most, penalized CB in the league and he gives up way too many catches. I think he'll be good, but he's not even close to being elite at this point and I laugh when I hear announcers say it. They can be totally clueless.

Puzzled by CC not coming up with more plays lately. Also DD should sit if not healthy. He was horrible today.

Skelton came in and did all one would need and more than expected to win this game. We should have never had to go to OT. Both Skelton and Feely should sleep together tonight. They each won the game for us, before losing it for us.

I don't know that they're necessarily PICKING on him. He has to cover the #1 WR. I saw him make some GREAT plays though

they're 3-4 DEs, they're not supposed to make plays. They're supposed to allow the LBs to make plays. Acho was relatively quiet today, but Scho was a BEAST

CC got no push inside at all and Dockett was getting pushed around all game. CC
makes plenty of plays. Tackles for loss etc.

raggy?

he couldn't get us into FG range on the first try. I can't say one completion for 17 yards on 6 attempts was enough to win. If it wasn't for Feely pulling an absolute miracle out of his ass, the game ends there. But Skelton's big 28 yard play to Fitz at the very end of regulation was

I agree. He typically does. But that's what makes it that much MORE impressive when he does that IMO. It was a quiet game compared to HIS norm. Which LB lines up behind which DE?

Coming off the bench cold is tough under any circumstance. Had Feely made that last FG Skelton would be the Belle of the Ball for at least a week.

Sorry but this is bull. They ARE supposed to make plays and have done it constantly regardless of the supposed scheme. However the last 3 weeks CC has been a virtual ghost. That shouldn't happen.

I'm sure it is, but as a professional athlete, it's expected of you. I'm sure if Kolb had that kind of performance in week 1 when he came in, he wouldn't get so much slack about it. Hell, he got booed just entering the game

The ball was tipped at the line by one of Buffalo's D-linemen.

Scho on Dockett's side but he blew up the tackle on his sacks and used his speed for an impressive tackle for loss. Dockett still hurting for sure. CC just not on his game today.

I'm sure DD is. For him to miss a game, he had to be pretty hurt. And yeah, CC definitely didn't look like himself. Coulda been sick for all we know ???

That *&%$*%# safety didn't help any. Accounted for 9 of Bills points. 2 for the safety and then they scored a TD after getting set up at our 49 after the free kick. :(

Has made tremendous improvement.

The thing is he is still practicing on a limited basis and hasent been healthy since training camp. He is playing this way and isnt even 100%. Should get even better reallly!

yessir. That was the thing when half the board was ******** on him. Plus Horton said he was busting his ass learning the D and impressed him most coming into this season. I had high expectations from him, and he's finally looking like the guy I expected

If he can continue winning his one on one matchups is passing situations, then our defense will take another huge step. Right now it seems like we struggle to generate a rush with 4 rushers, but if we can get pressure with Acho, Campbell, Dockett and Schofield it will be huge.

I questioned Scho earlier in the year, but I agree now he's playing much bettter.

One less position to worry about!

Pretty decent effort by the defense today against a live offense.

Too much ballet dancing & twirling vs. the run.

Too much lunging to make the big hit instead of breaking down properly and wrapping up.

PP21 isn't as good as he can (& has to) be.

Even A-Dub was in the wrong place at the wrong time occasionally.

On offense, I saw a lot of #71's back (that be Colledge) as he repeatedly jogged after the action or was standing around after a play.
