What is Arians' objective with his style of offense...

Hey, I like our coach because I think he is a damn good coach but in most interviews (like this past one after the game) he says our running game was efficient... efficient for what kind of style of offense? Because the man is very forthcoming in most of his answers, so it must be some style of offense I have never seen if that was efficient :D

I guess compared to the previous weeks it was more "effecient". Maybe he was referring to Stanton as he was our best rusher at over 5 yards per carry.

:D

Taylor might not be the answer as a change of pace but he is more than the question mark of running Ellington into the gut and getting nothing. I honestly believe if he would let Taylor get a few carries in a row, he might be pleasantly surprised with the results. Taylor has a much more physical game than Ellington and cannot play at his best with one odd carry there and then another appearance three possessions later, he needs to get warmed up and get a feel for the game... Taylor does have some vision as a back but can't use it (no back can) if not allowed to play for a series or even two

47 carries for 89 yds in Ellingtons last 3 games says BA is ****ing high, drunk or both!!:shrug::eek:

Sure the dude has a bum wheel, but it ain't getting better it's getting worse. It's time right now, this week to insert Coop at LG. Stanton's struggles needs some possible relief (running game) ASAP or the season could go down the tubes with a loss this week. I fully expect #11 is out at least 1 more game

Come on BA, pull off your Wiz hat & make a change right now!!!

Could not agree more. Right now it seems like BA really is trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

The offense is designed around Ellington and with the current guard play and Ellington's bad foot it needs to stop. Just stop banging your head against a wall and change it. Make Taylor the feature back and use Ellington as the true-change-of-pace back that he is.

I don't give a crap about chemistry at this point. Let's face facts: We are down to our backup QB, Larsen freakin' sucks, and we have zero production from the running game.

Get Coop and Taylor in there and let the chemistry start to develop against a baaad Falcon's D.

The running game is easily the biggest weakness of the offense recently. Stanton has no chance to be the "next Earl Morrill" without a running game defenses have to respect opening up some play action.

Arians has put himself in a bad spot by shooting his mouth off not long about and saying "never" to putting Cooper in the starting lineup. Clearly, the run game can't be much worse, trying a new G to juice it only seems logical to me. It's not like Larsen and Fanaika are such elite pass blockers Cooper would cost us there.
