How could a player go from being so darn good to completely incompetent? He is in rarified air when it comes to regression.

He's had a ton of injuries in his career his body might just be breaking down.

He doesn't want to play and it is obvious. He is playing soft and safe. In the process he is risking Palmer's life back there.

When DJ is healthy, I am assuming Wetzel takes over at RT. Levi Brown level play out there right now (without the occasional dynamic run block).

Speed rushers were beating him on the left. He didn't get faster moving right!

That is the part that gets me. He looks like he is not even trying. Levi Brown slowed down, but he at least attempted to block. It's disturbing to see the lack of effort at a position that could get someone killed

Time to get his no caring ass out of the game!!

He contemplated retirement during camp, so his mind obviously into playing football IMO.

As Bertrand Berry says once you think about the "R" it's time to go!!! Geez he sucks ass:bang:

Agreed Bucky. Very selfish. Especially at Tackle.

Man his play is bad. Maybe it was better off for the team if he had retired...

Said it elsewhere: move Veldheer to left tackle & put Wetzel on right. Not sure Veldheer starts when Humphries returns.

Is it the players or the coaching though? We bring in good OL players on paper at least and they seem to regress.
