I was 12 in 1987 and I tried to buy a ticket to Predator at MetroCenter. The ticket lady wouldn’t sell me one so I saw Harry and the Henderson’s instead.

Hated when that happened. I remember that happening to me and a buddy trying to see Total Recall at Town&Country. Luckily my mom was still in the area shopping and we were able to track her down.

That's another theater that I miss. Used to love going there and also stopping into Jutenhoops to check things out. Ed Debevick’s too!

Yup. That was def my movie theater. Can remember waiting in line that stretched back to where LA Fitness is now for Conan The Destroyer… saw everything from Three Amigos to Prince Of Darkness… with the young couple in front of us backing the usher off me and friends at age 11 pretending to be our sister when he gave us crap and tried to kick us out - God bless her, whoever and wherever she may be.

But last two memories of that theater was seeing T2 on the midnight Thursday when it opened with Ouchie and my best friend. That theater was electric. Favorite non-movie part of that experience was when the orderly picks Sarah’s Connors face when she was in restraints and someone just yelled “YOU SLIME!”

Final memory there was being so high I was on another planet, wearing a wig for no reason whatsoever and seeing Pulp Fiction for the first time on the Saturday of my first Thanksgiving Break back from college. Can clearly still feel myself at the end of that movie think HOLY CRAP WTF DID I JUST SEE when credits rolled.

Yea, I was by myself and I think I was too scared to do that. About a year later when I was with a friend we bought tickets to Beetlejuice and snuck into Friday the 13th part ?… of course the combo of the movie and fear of getting caught drove us back to Beetlejuice after about 15 minutes… ha.

Walk into the theater you paid for. Stay about 5 minutes so the employees have time to get distracted.
Go to the bathroom. Repeat. Go into theater you want
