I love the line when Hackman says sir, you are a cowardly son of a bitch! You just shot an unarmed man and Munny responds well, he should have armed himself if he's going to decorate his saloon with my friend.

I watched the ending so much my wife did buy the dvd for me.

I laughed at the Hackman line, because Hackman was a "cowardly son of a bitch" pretty much the whole movie up until that point.
