What this team needs......

This team is not that far away. They need a guy, preferably a small forward so Amare and Shaq can be on the floor. He needs the following traits. We are weak on defense and rebounding. He's got to be strong in both areas. On defense, we keep getting torched by opposing guards. He has to be able to guard all FIVE positions on the floor if need be. He's got to be able to shoot the three. Plus be able to play a little PG when Nash is on the bench. Also has to play about 40 minutes a game. Got to be able to run, and play half court defense and offense.

Anybody know of a player like this?
