Tennessee Vols basketball can continue to build its claim for a 1-seed in the NCAA Tournament in Sunday's SEC Tournament final against Florida in Nashville.
Tennessee held on for a 70-65 win over Auburn in the semifinal Saturday, its best win of the season to this point. The race for the final 1-seed figures to be down to the Vols and Gators, with Alabama on the outside looking in after Saturday's loss to Florida.
UF's non-conference schedule is the only weight to its resume after recording a long list of quality wins in SEC play. Saturday's dominant victory over Alabama is the latest Quad 1 victory.
The Vols and Gators played twice in the regular season, splitting the series with the home teams winning in blowout fashion in each matchup. The tiebreaking game takes place Sunday on a neutral court.
GENTRY ESTES: Auburn is tough, but Tennessee basketball was 'relentless' in SEC Tournament win
Tennessee vs. Florida will broadcast nationally on ESPN. Dan Shulman and Jay Bilas will call the game courtside from Bridgestone Arena, with Jess Sims reporting from the sidelines. Streaming options for the game include FUBO, which offers a free trial to new subscribers.

Knox News reporter Mike Wilson's prediction: Florida 75, Tennessee 69
Florida's offense is punishing teams in Nashville. It won't do that to Tennessee, but still will have enough to win.
