Oddly enough, the food that I still think about and haven't had nearly as good in the states was street vendor yakisoba in Japan. 500 yen, big plastic container and cooked in front of you. It was awesome. I had it almost every day.

Had amazing calimari in some old haunted place in Half Moon Bay, as well.

Unbelievable vanilla ice cream at Isla Mujeres off the coast of Cancun.

And practically everything I ate in New Orleans, including gator sausage.

Beezee's Jerk Chicken in Negril, Jamaica - just a road side stand. Best. Chicken. Ever.
