Larry Centers back in 97 I think, although a few years ago I found a Seth Joyner jersey on E-Bay for $10 in good condition in my size. Couldnt resist

Plummer. Because finding any AZ jersey in Iowa was a modern miracle.

I hear ya. In 1999, my brother-in-law (non-cards fan) was traveling to AZ for work and I asked him to buy me a jersey as I couldn't find one within 300 miles of here. What does he bring me? A Simeon Rice jersey. :bang:

I think Beuerlein, Cecil, or Wadsworth, I really can't remember.

White #15 (Lomax) jersey, no name on back. Cardinal logo on the sleeves, red and black stripes, circa last St. Louis seasons.

Terry Metcalf, #21. Because of that, 21 has always been my favorite number and will be the reason Antrel Rolle is a pro bowl FS :D.

My story's a little bit out there...

Back in '74, I got my parents to order me a Cardinals jersey out of the Sears catalog. One day in January (this is in Indiana) the order came in, my mom picked me up early from school (I got the stomach flu or something) and said that we should run by Sears and get the jersey. I stayed in the car while my mom went in. She came out about 10 minutes later with a puppy (!). She handed me the puppy and told me wait again while she got the jersey.

It turned out that someone had left a basket of puppies in the doorway of the Sears overnight, and they were about to take them to the pound. My mom just grabbed the cutest one and took it to the car. That dog (Cleo) became our family dog for the next 14 years.

The jersey? I don't even remember what number was on it, because they came off in the wash after like two washings...cheap piece of (!)...

Loved that dog though.

Eric Hill. Man I could watch that guy play forever... what a monster.

When Ken Harvey left for the Redskins and that amazing tandem of he and E. Hill were no more... well, let's just say I choked down enough libations to help stifle the sobs. I'm still not sure I ever really recovered...

Aeneas Williams #35. Aeneas was my introduction to Cardinals Football, we started going to the game the first season they moved here but 1991 was the first year I watched the draft, Aeneas and I even started training camp together, it was also my first trip to Flag. I know there were bad feelings and things said when he left, but to me he will always be one of my favorites. Normally I don’t wear jerseys of the players that have moved on, but I wore #35 to opening day of the stadium and I will put it on again 11/10/2008 when they add Williams to the Ring of Honor.

I bought the only jersey available at my one trip to watch the Cards in St Louis back in the mid 70's. No name on it, but nice logo. Its a little tight in the tummy area!! but I can still get in on

Ottis Anderson.

Met him at a Charity Basketball game when he played for the giants, and he signed it there.

It is proudly displayed in a shadow box in my office today.

Beuerlein...!!! I know for sure. You wanted Cecil, but they were out of them. You may ask why, cause I was the one who bought it for ya. DAD. It was good money spent. You also got a Wadsworth that same year once he signed...!!!

I never bought one but I should have. If the jerseys were anything like the team, they must have folded very easily....(Insert The Gong Show Gong here)
