Now that the NCHSAA has finalized its conferences for the 2025-2029 school years, the conference committees have announced the names for the new conferences.
The reason for the NCHSAA's reclassification is to allow for growth, since an association bylaw prevents more than 64 schools per classification.
Here are the newest conference names for the 5A, 6A, and 7A conferences in which Fayetteville schools have been placed.
