OK, Seattle isn't REALLY going to let him go, and if they did, we wouldn't be in his sights, and he's too expensive for our tastes, but they have fired GM and Manager, and just said "No player is off-limits for a potential deal." Ichiro wants out, although he's being very polite about it.
I love Ichiro more than almost any other player in the game, and if one player could get me there every night, he's it. I know he's crested his best years, so ignore me while I go off the deep end, but I'd trade pretty much any two of our young position players and half the minor league system, or thereabouts. Oh, and Seattle could have RJ back, too...
