What's an offseason TRADE you THINK/HOPE the Cardinals will make?

I would like to see the Cards send a later round draft pick to the Jets for Brandon Marshall. The Jets are re-building and he's probably not in their plans.

Interesting proposal! Marshall's 2017 cap figure is $7.5M, essentially what the Cardinals were paying MF. But, if you are Todd Bowles, with Eric Decker coming off injury, would you really want to trade him, especially when his cap number isn't very prohibitive?

Good point Mitch. Only way is if Marshall has worn out his welcome. He has a tendency to do that especially when he isn't winning!

Probably the best current player that has nevwr been to the playoffs...I've been posting all season about getting Marshall to AZ. At this point in his career he may even take a paycut to be on a more successful team. Dude just wants to win.

The Patriots say they want a 1st and a 4th (at least) if another team hopes to trade for Jimmy Garoppolo. JG looked good in very, very, very limited action...but not 1st/4th good.

But I'd trade Stanton and that coupon to Outback Steakhouse for him. In a heartbeat.

Jimmy G, I think he is the real deal.

Tyrod Taylor is not, we have seen his best and it isn't good enough.

Andrew Luck. Now that idiot owner Irsay is apparently keeping both Chuck Pagano AND the idiot GM for at least another year, he should pull a Palmer and demand to be traded or retire. Luck's a smart kid, but I don't now WTF he was thinking signing an extension with these idiots. They're wasting his talent and the poor bastid is liable to be in a wheelchair by the time he retires. Back up the truck and give Indy whatever it takes, then concentrate on putting a competent line in front of him.

I can fantasize can't I?

I would actually pursue Luck if they said he could be had. I would be willing to sell the farm for him, just not our future. I would even give them David Johnson and a #1 pick or more for Luck. RBs can be replaced. QBs can take decades to find franchise one.

I would offer our entire draft and the 2018 first rounder for Andrew Luck. Nothing more important than a franchise QB.

And yet nobody on this board wanted to do that on draft day when I suggested that. Lol

Agree with the premise though.

Palmer + Stanton + Shipley + John Brown and the #1 for Luck

That would be one of the better trade in the history.

BS. It's because he can't keep him! What are they gonna do after 2017 franchise tag him? Or I can hear Bellicheat saying this, "hey Tom will you please go ahead & retire so we can keep this kid I spent a 2nd rounder on"? Lol

I swear you guys crack me up. Everyone here wants a QBOTF & when you get an opportunity to draft or trade for 1 you guys run for the hills. I've got news for you, the Cards are likely sunk after next season if they don't roll the dice anyway. It's time to pull the damn trigger!!! With JG or AJ they don't need grooming, they're ready to play!!!
Best post I've read in a while.

Uh oh Daryl Washington talk coming back. I know everyone is done talking about it, but according to Mike Jureki he is going to apply for reinstatement this March.
