He's got great size and frame, a decently developed offensive game, and has played against decent competition and put up good numbers including his rebounding, assists, and shotblocking.

He seems to have the best resume among the centers in the draft (assuming Okie is a pf).

The rap seems to be head things, motivation etc. Is he a 2004 version of Keith Closs, or is he just still flying below the radar?

Some boards like draftcity are very high on him while others like nbadraft.net are really down on him. In many ways it is philosophical. Ramos is physically better developed than the Euros he is compared to but is very raw in terms of skills development. However, the attitude issue is the biggest concern because he would need to work very very hard to become an NBA player.

In any case, I predict he will go in the middle of the first round. His combination of heighth, weight, and athleticism is substantial enough that soomeone will take the risk.
