We know the problem though, bad OL drafting of often injured players because these guys already had some good coaching before they hit the NFL and technique is technique where the foundation is the same for the NFL as college

which kind of implies he has seen good coaching and is perfectly capable of recognizing 'bad' coaching

so, you agree with him....

It's a Keim issue. He hasn't been able to bring in offensive linemen with talent and many of them are injury prone. Not only is the execution poor, but there's no chemistry amongst the group. Sometimes, pass rushers are coming in untouched, while a lineman goes to block no one.
Yes the coaches can only work with what Keim gives them to work with.

Or your coach is a choleric stubborn guy that can't teach or doesn't understand, that yelling at someone is in a sport only the last resort. If you yell at him during the training you will achieve little to nothing. You yell at him if he doesn't performe in the game. Or if you showed him 100 times the fundamentals and he is getting them still wrong, but else, what does yelling accomplish?

Are you learning faster if somone yells at you? Or did you ever see someone get faster learning if you yell at him in ajob for a longer periode of time? I didn't.

These "kids" are coming out of college and don't know the mechanics don't know how to train properly and so on, and yelling when they try to understand how, is really the last thing, you should do.

Well, evidently the feely, touchy approach in Cincinnati that Toner appreciated didn't work either. They just cut him.

Maybe, just maybe - the problem was him.

Hardly, I said I believe he had good coaching... whether or not he recognizes good coaching is the subject, because as mentioned he has been cut by Cincy too :)

Where Keim invested big $ or high draft picks: none of them have been healthy --Iupati, Veldheer, Cooper and Humphries

Where Keim has taken flyers on later round guys--not a single success

Boehm, Toner, Dorian Johnson were bust draft picks by Keim. DJ Humphries is a few missed games away from being labeled a bust. Iuapti and Veldher were excellent signings. Can't count on them to perform forever though. Next year we need one big FA OL signing at least and another high draft pick invested in OL.
So you're saying we need to spend a 1st round pick, again, on an OL? That would be half of BASK's 1st round picks spend on OL and the first 2 weren't any good.

We need to bring out of retirement whoever our Oline coach was under Coryell. Hell, he has to be younger than Tom Moore
