Duke basketball will be a No. 1 seed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament.

The Blue Devils (31-3) are No. 1 in KenPom’s metrics and No. 1 in the NET rankings. With Cooper Flagg nursing an ankle injury for the final two games of the ACC Tournament, Duke cut down the nets anyway for their 23rd tournament championship.

As it stands, Duke is a virtual lock to be the top seed in the East Region, which means its path would start in Raleigh before the regional in Newark, New Jersey.

Here are the latest NCAA Tournament projections as of Saturday night.

Duke (31-3) is 8-3 in Quadrant 1 games, with a 22-0 record in Quadrants 2-4 entering Selection Sunday. The Blue Devils have one of the strongest resumes in the nation, meaning they'll be a No. 1 seed for the first time since Mike Krzyzewski's final season as head coach.
