I think most of us agree that Small Ball works better when the Suns don't start with it, and I think that Q would be more effective coming off the bench.

The problem is, who do we start if we don't start Q? Steven Hunter is another guy who probably looks better off the bench, and so do Voskuhl and (historically) Bo Outlaw. Lampe is an intriguing choice, but he seems to be dropping down the depth chart.

The Suns looked pretty good in the preseason when Jackson Vroman was starting, though. Maybe the team would be better served by giving Vroman the first six minutes of each half.

Just a thought...

Q needs to accept a role on THIS team - He's not a starter!

We DEFINATELY NEED A RAMBIS IN THERE.

THANK YOU ------------------------------

It wouldn't surprise me if Lampe leaves after next year and plays very well for some other team. By no means do I think that he is a great defensive player. He does have a good 7 foot body though, and he is easily the best shooting big Man on the team. He should be getting some playing time.

I agree Joe. Lampe/Hunter need consistant minutes.

I'd rather those guys out on the court then Jake. He's had his chance IMO.

Vroman was starting in preseason, but now it is for real and the games count.
Rookies do not start when the season starts unless they are really exceptional. Vroman is going to be a good player, but time will only tell how good and he needs more time before he plays a lot.

I see no reason that Hunter should not start, but the season is very young and things will change a lot, even in the next couple weeks.

I would also like to see Lampe get more time and he probably will as the games go on.

I think all the players and coaches on this team need some time to get this team going in the right direction, and realizing which players are in the rotation. This is a young team and has new players to get used to.

Nash, Richardson, Hunter, and now Bo.
