I’m going with the Raiders. I liked Ruggs for the Cards, if they were going to take a WR, because he brought a missing element.
I don’t like him to be the #1 WR and that’s what he’s going to be expected to be in Vegas. Jeudy or Lamb were better suited for that role.

Buckeye Arnette is a good player but he’s nowhere near the talent level of other OSU dbs that have been drafted high.

Dead on! Mayock has not done well in 2 years imo

And WTH are the Falcons doing? Lol wow

and the Pack? Drafting Love at QB when you have Rodgers & avoid drafting him some offensive weapons? Clueless

It was a typical Raiders draft day
Selecting not the best but the fastest receiver
And adding a projected third round guy in the first round

Raiders for sure. They had 2 first round picks, in the top 20...and didn't get the best player at any position.

If they had gone Lamb and Patrick Queen, they might have gotten one of the best grades.

I want to know how much power Mayock has. 2 years in they have made really questionable decisions. Ferrell last year at 4?? The CB this year?? They certainly don't seem like picks Mayock would have been in favor of as an analyst.

I think I am going with the Falcons.

They reached for a corner, and had a trade down offer from philly to get CeeDee Lamb where they still could have gotten him.

Ruggs will be better than Lamb.

Sticking to it.

I was never a Mayock fan. He got a good rep because he’d use scout terms like, bang the table for a guy, but always thought he tried to be the guy who thought he was smarter than everyone else.
If he wasn’t on TV, he never gets that job.

Oddly, maybe the Dolphins. They had 3 round ones and could have taken a huge step forward. They did get a solid CB. However they also got an injury prone QB and a not ready for prime time tackle when better ones were available.

I'll say Eagles. I think their pick is ok but could have been better given their division rival Dallas got arguably the best WR in the draft a mere few picks earlier and another rival, Washington, got Chase Young.

i like Tua & hope he does well, but I didn’t like their other 2 picks AT ALL.

Actually your right, that pick was beyond stupid. I am changing my vote to the packers.

These were my thoughts. Miami is the worst.....3 first rounders and they whiffed on two of em IMO.

And the Packers just continue to make poor decisions.

Agree. Lamb was on the board at #16 and the Falcons had every reason to pull the trigger on a small trade back, but the Eagles failed to act and allowed the Cowboys to get Lamb, while settling for the next Percy Harvin. Hilariously awful!

Packers was my selection for worst.

Dolphins are a close 2nd.

Tua is a B - QB

Austin Jackson not good value as a 1st rounder. gave up Tunsil to get Jackson. Brilliant.

Auburn CB, whose name I can't even begin to spell or pronounce, is a 3rd rounder at best.
NOAH IGBINOGHENE ????

It's Nigerian, from the Igbo people. Not anything to get upset about.

IG-BIN-OG-HENNY.

Yeah that was a trash pick. He doesnt look to have much upside really. Would have been a fine late second rounder.

The Dolphins essentially just drafted for need and this is what you get when you say I'm going to draft the best player at a particular position.

I'm much more a fan of best player available at a position of need approach. That means you go after ANY of your needs, not a particular one.

Raiders picks were bad. I like Ruggs, but I think he's a good #2 at best and Lamb and Jeudy could be a featured receiver.

That Arnette pick was a head scratcher. I wouldnt be excited about him in the second round. They panicked and reached for need.

I dont fault the Dolphins for taking Tua because he was the best QB available at that point and they really need to take a swing at that position NOW. Jackson and Igbingonnasuck were reached. They couldve traded down and gotten more assets.

And the Packers....unless they plan on cutting Rodgers in the next three years, its just an awful pick.
